Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of physical tools and equipment purchased through our website within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital products and downloadable content
• Custom or personalized services
• Used or damaged tools due to misuse
• Consultation or service hours already provided

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
